Should I take the fifth?

Generally speaking, if there is evidence out there that you feel that may tend to incriminate you or that you’re even concerned about, it’s always a good idea to take, The Fifth Amendment, and the way you do it is important.
Say, “Listen, I’d like to talk to you but I’d like to talk to my attorney first”, and your attorney can advise you whether or not he thinks it’s advisable for you to take the Fifth or to talk to law enforcement officers. If you’re a subject or a target of an investigation, it’s never really a good idea to talk about that investigation with the investigators, and so I would encourage my clients to take the Fifth in most cases.
